Buddhism and Science: The Dalai Lama made a statement on Facebook saying,

“All the world’s major religions, with their emphasis on love, compassion, patience, tolerance, and forgiveness can and do promote inner values. But the reality of the world today is that grounding ethics in religion is no longer adequate. This is why I am increasingly convinced that the time has come to find a way of thinking about spirituality and ethics beyond religion altogether.”

The Coolest Tardis. Ever: The Daily What has a photo of a Tardis that is “boozier on the inside.” Now, I need “Doctor Who” and a cocktail!

Girl Model: A review of the documentary “Girl Model” that follow teenagers who model and are often unpaid and unchaperoned around the world. An inside look at the fashion industry that makes me go, “ew.” Apparently Marc Jacobs has never paid the models in his New York Fashion Week show, and that’s just one tiny example of the problems models face, according to BuzzFeed.

Chris Gethard: What happens when someone reaches out to their favorite comedian for help during their time of need. Keep a box of tissues handy you’re going to need it.
